Beneath a cold and silent night in the Lofoten Islands, the sky began to stir, faint ribbons of green and violet danced on the horizon, like breath exhaled from the Earth itself. With each passing moment, the aurora swelled and shimmered, whispering across the stars in a language older than time.
This was my first time witnessing the northern lights, something I’d only dreamed of and here they were, unfolding above snow-covered peaks and quiet fjords in northern Norway. I stood in awe, completely still, as the Arctic sky came alive.
A moment I will never forget. A reminder that wonder is always waiting, just beyond the next horizon.
