Carried from the depths of Iceland’s largest glacier, ancient icebergs break free and journey through Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, until the tide pulls them to sea. Some return, polished by waves and sculpted by salt, to rest on the black sands of Diamond Beach.
As the morning sun rises, these crystal-like remnants catch the light and glow like scattered gems. Momentary and melting, they are nature’s fleeting treasures, diamonds not mined, but gifted by glacier, ocean, and time.
